Roots
Lequio Berria, a small town of Alta Langa at 700 mt. altitude, and climate and the morphological characteristics of the land, an area particularly suited to the production of Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P.
In this hard ground, but only the landscape and hospitality of its people, are rooted origins of the Agricultural Pope of the Woods and the family Noah, who has three genera dedicated to the production of cultivar "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" unrivaled for its organoleptic characteristics.

Cultivation
Josè Noè, for several years running the first processing system of its production which is the result of around 40 hectares of hazelnut, following every phase of processing. Harvest, very important phase of production takes place in late August, the fully ripe fruit. A timely harvest is critical in many occasions. Crucial for optimum production is the drying process, which is followed closely by the Company Pope of Forests, to ensure an excellent quality of Piedmont Hazelnut IGP.

"Our Cru of hazelnut derived from natural drying, the fruits are left to dry in single layer, for several days under the sun" guarantees Josè Noè.

Quality
The primary commitment of the company is quality.
All production is certified as "Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P., hazelnut widely recognized as the best in the world, thanks to the unique taste, excellent aroma and excellent shelf life after roasting. The name I.G.P. ensure that consumers and users the quality and authenticity of the product.

The hazelnut 'Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" is especially appreciated for the production of sweets, ice cream and pastry quality, but is also perfect combination with the tasting of wines or aperitifs.
